Baltimore, MD - Dec. 3, 2025  - Concerns over voter eligibility in Maryland is prompting a measure which would require proof of U.S. citizenship for voter registration.

Del. Ryan Nawrocki believes the current system is simply an honor system.

"Right now the way it works is you go in and say "yep that's me and I'm a citizen" and that's it," he said.
