Notice of Invitation for Bids (IFB)
Cheder Chabad, Inc. invites food companies to submit sealed bids to provide groceries, staffing agency, equipment and supplies for its site that participates in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Summer Food Service Program. Specifications and proposals may be obtained at abrooker@mycheder.com or at 5713 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215, beginning on 5/12/2025 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.
Sealed proposals presented in duplicate will be received by Cheder Chabad, Inc at 5713 Park Heights Ave, Baltimore, MD 21215 until 9:00am on 5/19/2025 for the contract period 6/18/2025 through 8/29/2025, inclusive.
Sealed proposals from those companies meeting qualifications criteria will be opened on 5/21/2025, with award to be made on 5/27/2025. The agency reserves the right to check all outside references.
Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in proposals received.
All awards are made pending Maryland State Department of Education review for USDA regulatory compliance.
